4) Go Live on Instagram
Once a week, go live on Instagram and offer helpful exercise and stretching tips. Build up your Instagram following up asking all patients to follow you on Instagram.
5) Offer PNF Stretching Classes
PNF Stretching is very hot right now, There are several companies that just offer PNF Stretching such as Stretch Lab. You can start offering PNF Stretching group classes to get people familiar with you and your brand.
