You are also able to control which type of visits they can pick from depending on whether you need to see them for a follow up or eval. Automating the scheduling of follow up visits frees up your font office’s time to focus on patients in office and billing. 3- Verification of Benefits
Verifying whether a policy is active or not and figuring out what a patient’s copay is takes a lot of time. The estimate is it can take up to 2 hours when you call the insurance company and between 15-20 minutes using Availity or other portals. With One Body, VOB is in real time and immediate. 4- Doctor Referrals
One Body asks patients to upload a doctors note if they have all within the booking. One Body also asks for their physicians name and contact information.
