How do we know when to do a VOB for you?
We will be doing verifications for all new patients and returning patients with new cases. We’ve set up alerts in your EMR that trigger a request for a VOB in our system.
In order for the alerts to work, please enter the following information into your EMR:
Patient Name
Date of Birth
Subscriber ID
Payer
Please enter all insurance information at once to make sure we have all information necessary to run a verification for you.
Will I be notified when you commence working on a VOB report?
You will receive an email letting you know that our system has received a VOB request once you put the patient’s information, including insurance information, into your EMR. If you don’t receive the email, please reach out to vobrequest@onebodywellness.com.
How will I know when the VOB report is complete?
When the VOB report is complete, you will receive an email letting you know that the VOB report is complete. In that email, you will be able to click the link in the email. That link will lead you to the patient’s profile. We always put the VOB report in eDocs or documents as a PDF attachment called “One Body VOB Report.” If you don’t receive the report, please reach out to vobrequest@onebodywellness.com
If when you click the link in the email, it takes you to a login, it likely means you are not using your web browser to access your email (ie you use the desktop version of Office). If this is the case, we recommend logging into your EMR, then in a new tab, copy the URL we provide you in the email and paste it in the new tab. You will also be able to see the status of all of your VOBs in your One Body Portal in the Verification Requests section
What is your turnaround time?
One Body has a next business day turnaround. If there is a VOB you need urgently, please email vobrequest@onebodywellness.com so we can prioritize your request.
What if I need a VOB for existing/returning patient or want you to redo a VOB?
If there is an existing patient you’d like us to do a VOB for or if you forgot to enter something in the EMR when you were setting up a new patient, please email vobrequest@onebodywellness.com with the first name and last initial of the patient and any further information we need, and we will add it to the queue.
